Initially trained as a tax lawyer, Mark began his career working in the real estate tax area. Through the years Mark has been extensively involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, as well as the representation of numerous companies in their business operations. His business practice encompasses entity formation, contracts, tax planning, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mark has been a member of the statewide bar commission involved with judicial appointments as well as having lectured on tax and real estate for the State Bar. He has been recognized as one of the top ten real estate transactional attorneys in San Diego County on four separate occasions by The San Diego Daily Transcript. In his spare time, Mark enjoys reading, jogging and family activities.

With a broad range of experience in corporate and real estate matters, Charles represents clients in business formations, contracts, and operational issues. He also deals with acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing of real estate projects. As a former Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego, Charles is experienced in municipal law and redevelopment. Charles volunteers on the San Diego Regional Advisory Board of the Anti-Defamation League and enjoys spending family time with his wife, Rachelle, and their two sons.

With over 25 years of legal experience, Robin focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law, including entity formation and commercial real estate law. She represents both entities and individuals in various matters including business planning for corporations and limited liability companies, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, real estate purchase and sale transactions, and commercial leasing. Prior to joining Fisch, Spiegler, Ginsburg & Jagolinzer, APC, Robin worked for both small and large law firms, including eight years at international law firm Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP. In her spare time, Robin enjoys exploring and hiking in Big Bear with her family.
